| In May of 1990, Matt Foley launched the Phantom Art Gallery Project - soon becoming the world's largest walk-by art exhibition. Artwork was display in empty windows throughout the Wichita downtown area. |

Matt Foley created the Phantom Art Gallery Project in 1990. At its apex, the Project encompassed 12 city blocks of windows, half an indoor shopping center and a number of other satellite locations. | In the 1980's, C. Matthew Foley coordinated and curated a number of exhibits ranging in size from massive to intimate. Matt Foley put together four large exhibitions for the Nepenthe Mundi Society that displayed in the Century II Convention Center Concert Hall. This series exhibitions garnered national, as well as local, media interest and coverage. |
