I roam the highways of my ephemeral mind, hoping to find a road sign that will show me the way to safety and shelter.
Preserving memories of past and future adventures seems a worthy action despite the cost.

| As an artist, C. Matthew Foley explores a number of expressive methods of communication. Not limited by a locked-in, repetitive style, Foley exudes versatility. "I don't want to be limited to 'saying' the same thing over and over - with slight variations. That would be the ultimate in boring," Foley emphasizes. "I don't need public approval, I am content to 'talk' to myself which probably characterizes me as crazy - but every artist must have a measure of insanity within to pursue art as a vocation. My art is the spice that flavors life." |
